I had read ‘The Lahti File’ by Richard MacAndrew for the Literary Corner that took place last Friday. This detective novel was easy to read because his main character, Ian Munro, is the typical secret agent sorting out where villains are and chasing after them.
In this occasion Munro’s adventure was located in Finland and women trying to conquer his heart were Finn.
During the Literary Corner session we worked in groups building up an alternative story, taking the same beginning of ‘The Lahti File’ and using some compulsory vocab and characters. As a result we created tree new stories, which were more interesting and amazing than Richard MacAndrew’s one. It was a creative and enjoyable workshop!
